Locations in 3rd grade

Last week third graders began working on writing location sentences in Spanish. To kick off the topic of locations, we used "el león" and used dry erase boards to write a sentence describing where the lion was located in comparison to "la silla" (the chair). They also continued learning a location rhyme in Spanish. Below is "la rima".

izquierda, derecha

enfrente, detrás,

cerca y lejos

y algo más.

Debajo,arriba,

al lado, encima,

y ahora muchachos,

se acaba la rima.
